Where on the ladder
Level 5
Each level below lists the leagues this club plays in. Your kid's level depends on the team they make. The six levels are our own reading of public league play. They are not an official ranking.
The club also played in USYS NL. That league ended in July 2026 and merged into National 1, so it does not count above. The club’s site also lists National League, Club Premier 2. We have not placed those leagues on the ladder, so they do not count above.

The programs, age by age
These come from the club's site, grouped the way the club groups them. Your kid starts in the one that fits their age.
Phoenix Rush Academy
During the season, academy pool players can move freely between teams to continue to develop each player. The academy uses small-sided games because they provide young players more contact with the ball and more opportunities to solve problems.
Mastery Skills
U7 to U12
The program is designed to encourage players to work on their own, outside of practice, and follows each age group's curriculum. It is broken down into three levels and is based on a 6 week cycle for players to master specific Rush moves, turns and a target amount of juggles.
College Advisory Program
The College Advisory Program is an in-depth, EXCLUSIVE, player-focused program that gives Rush players support, services, and resources to maximize their success, even if they don't want to play collegiate soccer. It provides collegiate guidance, exposure to college coaches, and help for parents understanding the search process.
