Soccer Untangled is built to be useful without being nosy. Here is exactly what that means.
The short version
Soccer Untangled collects almost nothing. You can read the entire site without giving us any personal information at all.
What we collect
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store the email address you provide so we can send it. If you sign in to build a roadmap, we store your account email, the answers you give in the intake (your kid’s first name, birth month and year, ZIP code, and where they play now), and the reports we build from them, so you can come back to them.
We use aggregate product analytics (PostHog) to understand which pages are useful and where people get stuck. We look at it in aggregate, not to follow you around.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us; it never touches our servers. What we keep is the record that a purchase happened, which is what powers your refund button.
Your kid’s information
The intake asks about your child because that is what the report is about. Those answers are used to build your report and for nothing else. Accounts belong to parents; the service is not directed at children and we do not knowingly open accounts for anyone under 13.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers. We do not build advertising profiles of you or your child.
Your choices
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. You can delete any report from your account at any time, and you can email us to ask what we hold and to have it removed.
