Terms of Use
Soccer Untangled is an independent guide, and the roadmap is a paid report. Please read how both work.
An informational guide
Soccer Untangled provides general information to help parents understand US youth soccer. It is not professional, legal, financial, or recruiting advice. Decisions about your child are yours to make.
The roadmap is a paid report
The roadmap is a one-time purchase: a personalized digital report, built for one kid, delivered to your account on this site. The price is shown before you pay, there is no subscription, and nothing on this site charges you again.
The report is generated by AI from the data we collect and keep current: clubs, leagues, levels, costs, and calendars. It is a well-researched starting point, not a scouting opinion of your kid and not a guarantee that any club has a place. Read it the way you read the rest of this site: confirm specifics with the club before acting.
Refunds
Every roadmap purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. The refund button is on the refund page in your account; you press it yourself and nobody asks you why. The refund goes back to the card you paid with.
One rule keeps that button honest: an account that takes a refund cannot buy another roadmap. If something specific went wrong and you would rather have it fixed than refunded, email us first.
Your account
You sign in with your email address, so keeping access to that inbox is on you. Your reports stay saved to your account, and you can delete them at any time. We can close accounts that abuse the site, the refund guarantee, or the report engine.
Independent and unaffiliated
Soccer Untangled is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by US Soccer, Major League Soccer, ECNL, US Club Soccer, US Youth Soccer, or any club, league, or organization mentioned on the site. All names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Accuracy
We research carefully from public sources, but US youth soccer changes constantly: leagues, fees, tryout dates, and club details all shift. Always confirm specifics directly with a club, league, or state association before acting.
Tier rankings
The competitive "ladder" and tier placements on this site are an editorial guide intended to help parents orient themselves. They are genuinely debated, and they are not an official ranking.
Affiliate links
Book links in our media library go to Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, Soccer Untangled earns from qualifying purchases: if you buy through one of those links, Amazon pays us a small commission and your price does not change. Every title is picked on merit, and the commission never decides what we recommend.
