Atlético Middlebury aims to develop youth soccer players with a passion for competitive play. Our goal is to provide a home for those players with a basic knowledge of the game who want to elevate their skills to the next level and compete among the area's top players.

Each level below lists the leagues this club plays in. Your kid's level depends on the team they make. The six levels are our own reading of public league play. They are not an official ranking.
Sanctioned by Vermont Soccer Association (US Youth Soccer). The club’s site also lists Vermont Soccer League, Vermont Soccer Association League. We have not placed those leagues on the ladder, so they do not count above.

At this stage, it’s all about fun first. Kids build a love for the game while developing coordination, balance, and endurance through a playful introduction to team sports.
U8 4v4
August 1, 2018 – July 31, 2020 · 4v4
Players learn the basics of the game, ball control, passing, field positions, teamwork, offense, and defense. Coaches make sure everyone gets equal playing time.

U10 7v7

Players build on the basics with advanced rules, goalkeeping, passing, first touch, positioning, offensive and defensive roles, and the beginnings of tactics and set plays.

Joshua & Jonathan Kafumbe run weekly soccer clinics from June 29 through July 31. The clinics have been moved to the MUMS fields.
Youth Pick Up Soccer
all ages
Youth pick-up soccer games are held at the Mary Hogan fields, with Coach Jeremy or another coach supervising. The activity is open to all ages.
