Level 5 to Level 6
Each level below lists the leagues this club plays in. Your kid's level depends on the team they make. The six levels are our own reading of public league play. They are not an official ranking.
Sanctioned by Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association (US Youth Soccer). The club’s site also lists Montana Youth Soccer Association. We have not confirmed that from the body’s own member list, so we do not call the club sanctioned. It also lists Boston Area Youth Soccer League (BAYS). We have not placed that league on the ladder, so it does not count above.

The programs, age by age

Kindergarten through 2nd Grade
Kindergarten through 2nd Grade
The in-town program is designed for children who are interested in playing on a soccer team and do not travel to other towns to compete. Children must live or attend school in Belmont.
Grades 3 and 4
Grades 3 and 4 · 7v7
For these grades, there are evenly balanced teams playing 7v7 games. All games are played in Belmont on Saturday afternoons.
Grades 5 through 8 (co-ed)
Grades 5 through 8
This is an 8-week program with evenly balanced and small teams playing games on Saturday during the late afternoons. All games are played in Belmont, with no separate practices for the 5 - 8 grade co-ed town league.
Travel Program
4th through 8th grade
The travel program is a competitive team format. It includes 10 games, with 5 at home and 5 away, and players are assigned to teams based on placement scores and coach input.
BAYS
BAYS High School Travel Program
grades 9 through 12 · 7v7
BSA coordinates Boys and Girls High School Travel teams to compete in the BAYS league. There are fall and spring seasons, and games are on Sunday afternoons.

Belmont Youth Soccer Camp
Incoming 3rd–8th graders
Belmont Youth Soccer Camp is a fun, affordable summer program led by Belmont High School Varsity and JV soccer players. The camp blends games, drills, and mentorship in a positive, high-energy environment.
