Where on the ladder
Level 3 to Level 5
Each level below lists the leagues this club plays in. Your kid's level depends on the team they make. The six levels are our own reading of public league play. They are not an official ranking.
Sanctioned by North Carolina Youth Soccer Association (US Youth Soccer). The club’s site also lists US Club Soccer. We have not confirmed that from the body’s own member list, so we do not call the club sanctioned. It also lists NCYSA Classic League, North Carolina Youth Academy, Carolina Premier Soccer League (CPSL), P1 League. We have not placed those leagues on the ladder, so they do not count above.

Junior Development Phase

The Junior Development Phase builds on the technical foundation and introduces a more competitive and structured environment. The 11v11 game is introduced, and players begin to develop their identity within a team system.
feeds into Youth Development Phase
Youth Development Phase
U15-U16
In the Youth Development Phase, training becomes more intense, position-specific, and performance-driven. Sessions emphasize tactical understanding, speed of play, physical development, and consistency.
feeds into Pro Development Phase
Pro Development Phase
U17-U19
The Pro Development Phase prepares players for the next level - whether that be collegiate, semiprofessional, or beyond. Training mirrors the demands of the modern game, with a focus on high-intensity environments, advanced tactics, and elite-level execution.

Small Group Training
Small Group Training brings players together to work on specific aspects of the game while still receiving a high level of individual attention. Sessions are available for any player who wants to meet the challenge.
