Each level below lists the leagues this club plays in. Your kid's level depends on the team they make. The six levels are our own reading of public league play. They are not an official ranking.
Sanctioned by Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association (US Youth Soccer). The club’s site also lists CJSL League (NYC). We have not placed that league on the ladder, so it does not count above.

JOÜK Technical Development Program (TDP)
ages 3-10 in groups and 3-16 individually
An early development soccer program focused on coordination, ball mastery, and fundamental skills before players compete on teams. Training uses small groups with 1-on-1 attention, plus futsal, futnet, and footvolley.

Centaurus FC Rec Soccer
ages 6-10 · 4v4
Fun 4v4 recreational games, usually on Saturdays, offered all year-round, including winter futsal. The goal is to have fun and help kids love soccer through small-sided games.
Centaurus FC U5 and U6 Development Teams
U5 and U6
Development teams for boys and girls that train fundamental skills in Spring 2025 to compete in 2026.

U7-U10
Competitive travel teams train individual skills, team tactics, teamwork, and athleticism in a supportive environment. Teams compete in the CJSL League in NYC and attend tournaments in the Tri-State area.

Summer Saturdays
Ages 4-6 and ages 7-11
Saturday-morning skills and fun games with JOÜK coaches, focused on building-block skills, ball mastery, agility, and futnet.
August Pre-Season Skills Camps
U7-U11
Two weeks of intensive pre-season training with ball skills, 1-to-1 attention, speed, agility, strength, futnet, and games.
Centaurus FC International Camps
International camps offer training with professional coaches, friendly matches against local teams, and cultural experiences. The listed Fall ’26 camp is in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in partnership with Infinity Global Sports.
JOÜK Private & Semi-Private Training
ages 3-16 individually
Individualized coaching is available in 45-, 60-, and 75-minute sessions, with training plans designed around each player's needs, level, goals, and learning style.
Freestyle Sessions
ages 7-10
Players learn juggling, freestyle tricks, agility and coordination, freestyle to music, and mock freestyle battles with Coach Nick Seyda.
