FC Dulles is a 501(c)(3) non-profit youth soccer club serving Western Fairfax and Eastern Loudoun counties in Northern Virginia. FC Dulles offers soccer programming for boys and girls of all skill levels, ages U5-U19.

Each level below lists the leagues this club plays in. Your kid's level depends on the team they make. The six levels are our own reading of public league play. They are not an official ranking.
Sanctioned by Virginia Youth Soccer Association (US Youth Soccer). The club’s site also lists US Club Soccer. We have not confirmed that from the body’s own member list, so we do not call the club sanctioned. It also lists United States Youth Soccer, National Capital Soccer League. We have not placed those leagues on the ladder, so they do not count above.

An introduction to soccer that emphasizes fun through small-sided games and continued development of basic movement skills—agility, balance and coordination with and without the ball.

U5-U10
The REC Academy introduces players to the Grassroots Curriculum, focusing on dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting, finishing, and basic attacking and defending tactics through game-like situations. Players are evaluated for potential placement on future FC Dulles competitive travel teams.

A spring-only advanced development program for pre-travel players; evaluations are required.

NCSL-REC
U10-U19
Players participate in a team environment with age-appropriate technical development, an emphasis on passing and first touch, attacking and defending principles, teamwork, commitment, and effort. Players ages 10U and up play in the recreational division of the National Capital Soccer League.

U5-U9
Small-sided games, usually 3 v 3 or 4 v 4, are organized with minimal coaching instruction. One-hour sessions are typically scheduled on Friday nights during the fall and spring seasons.
Academy Travel Program
U9-U19
An intensive, high-level, club-centric player development program for dedicated and driven athletes, with a demanding competitive environment and a structured tryout process. The program develops technically proficient, tactically intelligent, and mentally resilient players.

Approximate cost: $150–$200, Out-of-County User Fees: $160 for full year ($200 less $40 credit), Additional tournaments: ~$70–$90 per tournament, Winter Indoor Futsal Games (if applicable): Approximate cost: $80–$110 per session, depending on number of participants, In-County Field User Fees ($40- $10/season for full year; Out-of-County residents receive a $40 credit reduction from their out-of-county fees of $200- $50/season for a total of $160.), A service fee applies to all online credit card payments.
