Each level below lists the leagues this club plays in. Your kid's level depends on the team they make. The six levels are our own reading of public league play. They are not an official ranking.
Sanctioned by Oregon Youth Soccer Association (US Youth Soccer). The club’s site also lists US Club Soccer. We have not confirmed that from the body’s own member list, so we do not call the club sanctioned. It also lists OYSA Developmental League, OYSA Fall League, PTTL Spring season, Tualatin Valley Youth Soccer League. We have not placed those leagues on the ladder, so they do not count above.

Developmental Soccer
Kinder - 8th Grade
Developmental Soccer is the club's recreational entry level for its youngest players. It emphasizes a positive environment for players who do not wish to compete year round, with sessions twice a week run by volunteer coaches.
OYSA feeds into NextGen Program
NextGen Program
Players born in 2017, 2016 & 2015
NextGen develops confident and intelligent players through a player-centered approach, with age-appropriate training and development over winning at all costs. Players may join up to 2 training sessions per week, with games provided by the OYSA Developmental League in the Fall and Spring.
OYSA feeds into Competitive Program
Competitive Program
U11-19
The Competitive Program is for players seeking a competitive soccer experience, with certified/licensed coaches and training 2-3 times per week. Teams are formed based on ability for local and regional events, with development emphasized over results.

U13 to U19 boys' teams
MLS NEXT provides an elite development pathway for the club's U13 to U19 boys' teams, focusing on long-term player growth and top-tier competition.
MLS NEXT
HSC Academy
HSC Academy was created to bridge gaps between programs in the club's player pathway. Players train on turf with licensed coaches in a player-centered environment.
Multicultural League

The Multicultural League provides youth of all cultural backgrounds access to a quality competitive soccer environment. It is a Hillsboro Rush program and supports a scholarship for young female players.
Northwest ID Event
2012-2007 Boys and Girls, along with Select 2013 players
The Rush Experience offers advanced player development, exposure to top-level coaching and scouting, and a pathway to higher levels of play. It includes competitive games, a College ID Program for high school players, player education, and coaching education.
Private Training
all ages and all positions
Private Training provides customized one-hour sessions in an intimate, focused environment to fine tune technical, tactical, physical, or mental aspects of a player's game. One-on-one and small-group sessions are available.
Winter Futsal League
Kinder - 2nd Grade; 3rd Grade & Up
The Winter Futsal League runs from December to February and features indoor matches emphasizing skill and teamwork. It is a game-only league with no practices.
Soccer Camps
The club offers camps designed for every player, including a Spring Girls Skills Camp focused on technical development, confidence, creativity, and composure in competitive situations.
Get On The Bus

Get On The Bus provides selected children at targeted schools with free academic support, transportation, recreational soccer, licensed coaching, and soccer apparel.
Community Cup
7v7
The Community Cup is a co-ed soccer tournament with a three-game minimum. Proceeds go to scholarships for deserving female players.
Rush Super Cup
2nd / 3rd & 4th Grade Combined; 5th & 6th Grade Combined; 7th & 8th Grade Combined
The Rush Super Cup is a one-day community tournament with novice and intermediate divisions for each age group. Every participating team receives medals.
