Ho'omau Hammahs
6–12
Program designed for young athletes ages 6–12 who are ready to build a strong athletic foundation while having fun. Develops movement skills and confidence needed to succeed in any sport through age-appropriate strength and conditioning, footwork, speed and agility, balance, coordination, and performance training.
Volleyball
12U, 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U/18U
Competitive volleyball program offering technical, tactical, and physical training for peak performance. Girls volleyball program focuses on fundamental skills and passion, with progression building excellence and pushing limits for championship-level performance.
All Skills Clinics
9U–12U
Summer clinics designed for boys and girls ages 9U–12U to enhance volleyball skills and improve their game.
Positional Clinics
13U and up
Clinics offering high reps, breakdown and understanding of skills for athletes 13U and up.
Setting Clinics
13U and up
Specialized clinics for setting skills for athletes 13U and up.
Passing/Defense Clinics
