Level 3 to Level 5
Each level below lists the leagues this club plays in. Your kid's level depends on the team they make. The six levels are our own reading of public league play. They are not an official ranking.
Sanctioned by New York State West Youth Soccer Association (US Youth Soccer). The club’s site also lists Broome County Soccer Association League (BCSA), Ithaca Indoor Soccer League, Greater Binghamton Sports Complex Winter League (GBSC), Ithaca Premier Soccer League. We have not placed those leagues on the ladder, so they do not count above.

The programs, age by age

Winter Program
4 to 19
The Winter Program is broken into 2 seasons: Winter 1 runs from early November to the end of January, and Winter 2 runs from early February to early April. There are 2 practices per week and a minimum of 8 games per season.

Summer Soccer Camps
6 - 18
Summer Soccer Camps are week-long camps held in July and August, with sessions running from 9AM to 12PM.
Summer Practices
8 through 20
Summer Practices is a 5 week long practice program for players ages 8 through 20.
Summer League
U16 through u19
The Summer League is offered to U16 through u19 players, with teams entering the local adult Ithaca Premier Soccer League from early July to mid August.

Spring Program
4 to 19
The spring season runs from Late April through end of June, with 2 practices per week and a minimum of 8 games per season. U8 and older teams compete in BCSA league play.

Fall Regular Season Teams
4 to 19
The fall season runs from Late August to the end of October, with 2 practices per week and a minimum of 8 games per season. U8 through U13 teams compete in BCSA league play; older teams may play local games or in the Ithaca Premier Soccer League.

Spring Select Teams
u10 – u16
Spring select teams hold tryouts in late March, practice an extra night a week, play in the Thruway league and state cup tournament, and compete in 2 travel tournaments.

Fall Select Teams

Fall select teams hold tryouts in early August, practice an extra night a week, compete in the Thruway league, and attend a minimum of 1 travel tournament.

IYSA Select Soccer
IYSA Select Soccer offers committed players the opportunity to train and compete at a higher level in a supportive, challenging and team focused environment. Select teams are formed through tryouts and play in competitive leagues and tournaments across the region.

Coach Patrick has been with both the Ithaca Youth Soccer Academy as well as the ICSD, as the head coach of the girls’ JV program, since 2024.
