La Jolla Impact competitive program

5-18 years old

La Jolla Impact competitive teams play league games in the fall and participate in pre-season and post-season tournaments as well as SoCal State Cup. Teams are coached by high quality, professional soccer coaches.

Fall 2026 Recreational League

Under 5/6 through Under 13/14

The recreational program is a fun, safe and community-based soccer league serving players within La Jolla and surrounding communities. Fall teams play a 10-game season, with no tryouts.

Cal South feeds into La Jolla Impact competitive program

2026 Spring Recreational League

U5 / U6 through U11 / U12 / U13

A fun, community-based program for players of all skill levels. Teams play on Sundays, with no weekday practices.

Recreational Camps

ages 5–12

Recreational camps develop technical ability through age-appropriate drills and small-sided games. They are delivered by highly qualified professional coaches.

Competitive Camps

competitive level players ONLY

Competitive camps are comprehensive training sessions with a high emphasis on individual skills and techniques. They are delivered by highly qualified professional coaches.

Girl Power Camp

born 2016-2006

A camp created for and by females, combining technical and tactical soccer with mental health, leadership skills and confidence concepts.

Finishing Friday Clinics

Boys and Girls born between 2010 – 2017

Friday clinics focus on goal scoring and building confidence in the “final third” of the field. They are open to competitive and recreational level players.

Technical Touches Clinic

Birth years 2020–2017 and 2016–2009

Focused, high-energy training emphasizes ball mastery, confidence on the ball and technical execution under pressure. The clinic is open to both recreational and competitive players.

Speed & Agility Clinic

Ages U11+

Targeted training enhances acceleration, change of direction, agility, balance, coordination and overall movement efficiency.

Foundational Movement Clinic

Ages U5–U10

A fun, play-based clinic develops balance, coordination, body control, strength and confidence in motion through movement challenges for younger players.

Impact Goalkeeper Training

U8, U9 & U10; U11 & U12; U13 to U17

Goalkeeper training is held at Allen Field with separate Tuesday girls and Thursday boys sessions by age group.
