Lions Cubs Program

U5 to U6

This is an entry-level program that teaches the fundamental skills needed to succeed at the older age groups. Players train once a week with a Lions' professional trainer.

This program teaches basic skills that serve as the foundation for future player development. It prepares players for transitioning into the Academy Program, with sessions focused on teamwork and foundational ball skills.

U7 to U10

The Academy Program is progressive and promotes fair play, positive competition, and sportsmanship. Children are matched in groups similar in age and ability and are prepared for tryouts on a U11 Select Team.

Entry Level training program

U11 and U12

This program introduces young athletes and their families to the time and commitment required for competitive soccer, with emphasis on individual technical skills, decision-making, and molding players into a competitive team.

Intermediate Level training program

U13 through U15

This program has higher time and commitment demands than the entry level and emphasizes advanced technical skills and group tactical development.

Senior Level training program

U16 through U19

This is the highest level of soccer offered by the Club, focused on strategic team attacking and defending tactics and total comprehension of the game. The Club provides training, matches, college scrimmages, tournaments, and college showcase opportunities throughout the year.

U7 - U10

Open sessions for boys and girls are led by professional coaches and are open to all skill levels. The sessions offer a chance to try a more competitive level of soccer.

Summer Camp1 program

2026 Lions FC Summer Camps

U7–U19

Summer camps focus on technical development, tactical awareness, fitness, and small-sided games in a safe, positive environment. Sessions include age-appropriate technical drills, tactical sessions, matches, athletic development, and goalkeeper training.
