Level 3 to Level 6
Each level below lists the leagues this club plays in. Your kid's level depends on the team they make. The six levels are our own reading of public league play. They are not an official ranking.
Sanctioned by South Texas Youth Soccer Association (US Youth Soccer). The club’s site also lists US Club Soccer. We have not confirmed that from the body’s own member list, so we do not call the club sanctioned. It also lists CAYSA Academy League, Central Texas Academy league, WDDOA Prime, Challenger, Alpha, SuperLeague of Austin, CAYSA, WDDOA Prime league, STX Champions League. We have not placed those leagues on the ladder, so they do not count above.

Last season LTFC fielded 11 teams in the leagues we track: 7 boys and 4 girls, from national elite down to competitive regional. The ladder tops out in ECNL-RL from U13 up.

The programs, age by age
These come from the club's site, grouped the way the club groups them. Your kid starts in the one that fits their age.
Recreational Soccer
3-18 years old
The recreational program provides players between the age of 3-18 years old the opportunity to participate in soccer in an organized and enjoyable environment while teaching community players the foundations of the game. Players are placed on teams with others in their same age group.
Junior Academy
U8-U10 · 5v5 or 7v7
The Junior Academy provides age appropriate development and competition to boys and girls U8-U10 who want to train more regularly with LTFC professional coaches. It focuses on technical development of the individual player and team.
CAYSA Academy League feeds into Competitive and Premier Programs

The Competitive 9v9 program uses an individualized curriculum focused on improving players' technical and psychological attributes while introducing tactics and competing at a good speed of play.

Premier 9v9 creates a pathway for top U9-U12 talent to receive advanced curriculum, coaching, training and competition. It prepares players for the Premier 11v11 program at U13.

LTFC/LTYA Summer World Cup Soccer Camps
3-14 years old
Summer camps help players tune up their soccer skills during the summer months through technical soccer themes, a World Cup and summer camp group games. All levels of players are welcome.
Next Level Technical Skills Clinics
These clinics are for select-level players training at a competitive or serious level to improve technical, tactical, psychological and physical performance.
Junior Academy Pre-Season Camp
6-9 years old
The Junior Academy pre-season camp prepares players for the Fall 2026 season through technical footwork exercises, small-sided games and challenging competitive games.
