Each level below lists the leagues this club plays in. Your kid's level depends on the team they make. The six levels are our own reading of public league play. They are not an official ranking.
Sanctioned by Oregon Youth Soccer Association (US Youth Soccer). The club’s site also lists E64 National League, US Youth Soccer NW Conference, US Youth Soccer National Pro League, UPSL Semi Pro League. We have not placed those leagues on the ladder, so they do not count above.

The programs, age by age
These come from the club's site, grouped the way the club groups them. Your kid starts in the one that fits their age.
Lil Saints
Free six-week, once-a-week practices help players learn about the game and are led by Development Director Efrain Venegas.
Saints Recreational + & Go & Play
Ages 5-10. (2020-2015)
A season program for younger players who are new to soccer or are not ready or interested in the next step. Players train once a week and form teams that play Sundays in the Fall and Spring.
Saints Camps & Specialized Training
Throughout the year Saints provides specialized camps and individual training opportunities.
Portland Area Development
age 5-10
Players train twice a week and play games on Sunday in the Fall and Spring Season. Players are placed on teams appropriate to their level of play, with team movement if the player shows progression over the year.
State Level Competitive
age 10-18
Players train twice a week and play games on weekends in the Fall and Spring Season. Teams are Saints Blue and Saints Gold Level.
Winter Programming
Developmental and competitive level players can add winter training and/or indoor/outdoor games from November–January.
Premier and Development Academy
An optional once-a-week program to work on developing technique, speed of play and tactical play.
Saints Blue Premier State (CRUZ)
age 10-18
Year-round state-level competitive players train three times per week with games on weekends in the Fall and Spring Season. Required Elite Academy Training takes place on Friday evenings.
Saints Blue Premier REGIONAL / MLS NEXT
age 10-18
Premier-level players train three to four times per week with games on weekends in the Fall and Spring Season. The program includes required Elite Academy Training on Friday evenings and access to E20 Training for Saints Top 20 BPR Players.
MLS NEXT
IDP Plan
Players designated initially as a bubble player between two team levels receive an IDP Plan with additional training programs. Players may train once a week and may play some games with the next higher team depending on progression and team needs.
Men’s Adult Academy
U19+
The Men’s Adult Academy trains two times a week and plays in the UPSL Semi Pro League and other men’s leagues depending on the level of play of the players.
UPSL
Women’s Academy
Saints says it will be forming a Women’s Academy soon and is currently collecting interest.
Futsal
Saints offers a Winter Futsal season, with registration taking place in September/October and games taking place between November and January.
TOPSoccer
TOPSoccer is identified as a community outreach program for children with special needs.
SUN Afterschool Program
Saints offers SUN Afterschool program training as part of its community programming.
Saints Skills Camp
AGES 5-13
A full-day skills camp for boys and girls of all skill levels, with sessions focused on ball control, strategy, positioning, dribbling, passing, shooting, defense and goalkeeping.
