Sanctioned by Tennessee State Soccer Association (US Youth Soccer). The club’s site also lists US Club Soccer. We have not confirmed that from the body’s own member list, so we do not call the club sanctioned.

U3–U4 · 8-week Saturday morning sessions
Introduction to youth soccer for 3-year-olds. Players rotate through stations learning to dribble and shoot in a fun, positive environment with youth mentors from the club.

Youth Recreational
U5–U18 · 4v4 (U5–U6) / 7v7 (U7–U9) / 9v9 (U10–U11) / 11v11 (U12–U18)
Community recreational soccer for all ability levels. 1–2 hour practices per week, 8 games at Rotary Soccer Park. No travel required; volunteer coaches; perfect on-ramp for first-time players.

Developmental Academy
U7–U12 · 8-week training add-on (2 sessions/week optional)
Skills-focused supplement to recreational play. Nationally-licensed coaches deliver technical training aligned to the Stones River FC curriculum. Players attend in addition to their regular rec team practice.

U9–U18 · Full or half year (Aug–May / Fall & Spring)
Competitive travel teams preparing players for the next level. Division 3 introductory through Division 1 competitive play. Teams compete at state, regional, and national levels.

U18+ · 8v8 (Rec) / 11v11 (Competitive)
Year-round soccer for adults. Recreational 8v8 leagues (8-week Fall/Spring/Summer), competitive 11v11 (10-week Fall/Spring). Weekly team formation or captain's draft; midweek practices.
