Run by English forward Michael Cunningham (7MLC is his initials, Michael Lewis Cunningham), the channel teaches dribbling moves, finishing, and match-realistic drills alongside mindset videos. Despite the "7v7" label sometimes attached to it, this is an individual-skills channel, not a little-kids program. Moves are shown at full speed and then broken down. Close to 2 million subscribers.
Why we picked it
A big library of single-move tutorials and full follow-along sessions an older kid can train to at home.
