Level 4 to Level 6
Each level below lists the leagues this club plays in. Your kid's level depends on the team they make. The six levels are our own reading of public league play. They are not an official ranking.
Sanctioned by Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association (US Youth Soccer). The club also played in USYS NL. That league ended in July 2026 and merged into National 1, so it does not count above. The club’s site also lists US Club Soccer. We have not confirmed that from the body’s own member list, so we do not call the club sanctioned.

Shooting Stars
2023 - U4; 2022 - U5
Shooting Stars is the club's youngest age program and introduces future players to the fun of soccer. Practice sessions are led by Coach Margaret and experienced trainers; there are no official games at these age groups.
Intramurals
2022 - U5; U6; U7; U8; U9-U10 · 3v3, 6v6, 7v7
Intramurals is a team-based league played in the Fall and Spring. Younger players practice and play 3v3 games, while older divisions use larger-sided formats.
PDP / Player Development Program
U6; U7; U8-U10
The PDP / Player Development Program emphasizes individual foot skills and ball mastery, with a focus on 1v1 and 2v2 play for intelligent, age-appropriate development.
Speed Agility Quickness Program
U8-U11 (2015-2018)
The Speed Agility Quickness Program improves coordination, speed and reaction time. It focuses on injury prevention by strengthening muscles and teaching proper form.
Travel Team Program
U9-U12; U13+
The club offers travel teams for boys and girls, with pool tryouts for U9-U12 and individual team tryouts for U13+ teams.
TOPSoccer
4-18
TOPSoccer is an inclusive, no-pressure, skill-building program for players with physical or intellectual disabilities. It offers Fall and Spring seasons and supports each player's individual needs.
Pee Wee Camp
U5-U7 (2020-2022)
The half-day Pee Wee camp is designed for future U5-U7 players and uses age-appropriate activities to improve ball mastery and 1v1 skills.
Summer Skills Camp
U8-U12 (2019-2015)
Summer Skills Camp focuses on ball mastery, 1v1 skills, confidence and soccer intelligence through small-sided games.
Junior Preseason Camp
U9-U12 (2015-2018)
Junior Preseason Camp prepares players for the Fall season and focuses on team chemistry, attacking and defending principles, possession games and skills competitions.
