Each level below lists the leagues this club plays in. Your kid's level depends on the team they make. The six levels are our own reading of public league play. They are not an official ranking.
Sanctioned by Oregon Youth Soccer Association (US Youth Soccer). The club’s site also lists OYSA Development League, ECNL Far West Conference, ECNL RL Far West Conference, ECNL RL Girls Far West Conference, Pre-ECNL Far West Conference. We have not placed those leagues on the ladder, so they do not count above.

The Junior Academy is the first step within the FC Portland pathway, introducing young players to soccer while developing fundamental skills in a fun, positive, and engaging environment.

The Foundation Academy is the entry point into the competitive pathway, focusing on fundamental skills, confidence on the ball, and structured training. It prepares players for future opportunities within the Pre-ECNL and Competitive Academy programs.

The Pre-ECNL Program is the foundation of FC Portland's ECNL pathway, preparing highly committed players for future ECNL opportunities through technical development and competitive training.

The Competitive Academy provides structured, competitive development for committed players across the FC Portland pathway. Teams participate in local OYSA leagues, cups, and selected tournaments.

The Goalkeeper Academy provides FC Portland keepers with position-specific training led by the club's professional coaching staff. It is free to all FC Portland players.
