Each level below lists the leagues this club plays in. Your kid's level depends on the team they make. The six levels are our own reading of public league play. They are not an official ranking.
Sanctioned by Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association (US Youth Soccer). The club’s site also lists US Club Soccer. We have not confirmed that from the body’s own member list, so we do not call the club sanctioned. It also lists Just Say Soccer League (JSS). We have not placed that league on the ladder, so it does not count above.

Last season Greater Long Beach (LIJSL) fielded 28 teams in the leagues we track: 21 boys and 7 girls, from state & premier down to travel / select. The ladder tops out in EDP North Atlantic from U11 up.

Long Beach FC Minnows
Birth years are 2019 - 2022 only.
An intramural program for new players who do not want to join a travel program or who want to develop skills before the travel soccer experience. This is a non-traveling, beginner level program.

Travel Soccer

A competitive travel soccer program with tryouts, fall and spring seasons, team practices, weekend games, and professional training. Full-season registration consists of separate fall and spring seasons.

Red Bulls Summer Camp

A summer camp held at Long Beach High School from 9AM-12PM.
YESA Soccer Camp
Ages 4-14
A summer soccer camp held at Long Beach Middle School from 9AM-12PM.
Goalkeeper Training
Ages 7 - 14
Goalkeeper clinics covering handling, positioning, diving, crosses, breakaways, distribution, fitness, and agility.
Mid Summer Sharpening Skills
Ages 7 - 14
A two-day sharpening-skills program for girls and boys at Long Beach High School, with instruction from current and former professional players, current coaches, and former elite collegiate players.
YESA Summer Series Soccer Camp
Ages 2015 - 2008
A program using the YESA methodology to enhance player decision making and overall foot skills.
LBFC 5th Annual Pre-Season Camp
Ages u8 and Younger; Ages u9 and older
A preseason camp run by YESA, led by Danilo Vittorato, preparing players for the upcoming fall season for both travel and school teams.
Technical Soccer Clinic
A technical soccer clinic run by Long Beach's own Shannon Horgan at Long Beach High School Turf Field.
