Mainland United Soccer Association (MUSA) is a volunteer run, nonprofit organization dedicated to the task of promoting and enhancing the culture of soccer in the Mainland area.

Level 4 to Level 6
Each level below lists the leagues this club plays in. Your kid's level depends on the team they make. The six levels are our own reading of public league play. They are not an official ranking.
Sanctioned by New Jersey Youth Soccer (US Youth Soccer). The club’s site also lists US Club Soccer. We have not confirmed that from the body’s own member list, so we do not call the club sanctioned. It also lists New Jersey Youth Soccer Association, U.S. Club Soccer, Eastern Development Program, Mid-Atlantic Premier Soccer. We have not placed those leagues on the ladder, so they do not count above.

Recreation Soccer League
3 – 11 years of age
Rec Soccer is open to all players and no tryouts are required. It is an "in town" league focused on enjoyment, development and soccer fundamentals.

First Kick
U4, U5 and U6
MUSA’s introductory soccer program focuses on non-competitive, fun development of soccer-related skills, including balance, coordination, foot skill and ball control. No soccer experience is necessary.
Kick Start
U7 and U8
MUSA’s clinic format program emphasizes skill development through age-appropriate games and activities. Players learn the basics of dribbling, shooting and team play in a fun and engaging way.
Travel Soccer Program
U8 (under 8 years old) thru U18 (under 18 years old)
Travel soccer is competitive soccer played against teams from other towns or communities and requires a higher level of commitment in time, effort, training and competition. The program includes teams competing in EDP, SJSL and SJGSL.

MUSA Summer Camps
3-6 year olds; K-8
Mainland United Soccer offers several camp options with age- and skill-appropriate groups, including full-day, half-day and one-hour options. The summer programs also include camps, clinics, small-sided games, individual and small-group training, and summer tournament teams.
