Each level below lists the leagues this club plays in. Your kid's level depends on the team they make. The six levels are our own reading of public league play. They are not an official ranking.
Sanctioned by Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association (US Youth Soccer). The club’s site also lists Capital District Youth Soccer League (CDYSL), Afrim’s. We have not placed those leagues on the ladder, so they do not count above.

The programs, age by age

U8 through U18 Development
U8 through U18
Teams focus on player development through age-appropriate training and experiences, including technical skills, tactical understanding, decision-making, teamwork, and game awareness.
U8
U8 · 4v4
Designed for players ages 6–7, this small-sided program has no goalkeepers and focuses on technical skills, confidence, creativity, and game-like 1v1 situations.
U10
U10 · 7v7
Players train twice per week and compete in Saturday games, with a focus on technical growth, decision-making, positional awareness, and confidence in individual and team play.
U12
U12 · 7v7 / 9v9
The first two winter sessions use 7v7, while the third winter session and spring season transition to 9v9. The program advances technical skills, tactical understanding, and positional awareness.
U14 - U18
U14–U18 · 6v6 / 9v9 / 11v11
The first two winter sessions use 6v6, the third transitions to 9v9, and spring moves to full 11v11. Older players receive greater emphasis on performance and results while continuing technical and tactical development.
Fall Ball
Fall Ball is an option for players/teams based on coaching availability and runs September to October as a six-week season with weekend games and one practice per week.
Winter Programming
The November–April season includes three six-week winter sessions, with practices twice a week and games on weekends.
Spring Programming
U8 through U16
The May–June season includes six games through the Capital District Youth Soccer League, with one weekly practice as games move to twice a week.
CDYSL
Club Tryouts
Tryouts are held at the end of the spring season to organize and prepare for the following year.
Goalkeeper training
Supplemental training is provided throughout the year for goalkeepers.
Tournament play
U8 through U16
The club offers opportunities in tournament play for boys and girls ranging from U8 through U16.
Indoor soccer
U8 through U16
The club offers indoor soccer opportunities for boys and girls ranging from U8 through U16.
Spring travel programs
