Girls and Boys Born 2008-2022

An entry-level program designed to introduce children to soccer in a fun, supportive environment. It runs September–October and April–June and is coached by parent volunteers.

A competitive program with licensed, paid coaches, focusing on skill development and league play. The season runs September–June, with Capital District Youth Soccer League play in fall and spring.

The most competitive program, with advanced training, professional coaches, and higher-level league play. The season runs September–June, with Upstate United Elite Development Program play in fall and spring.

A free program focused on the physical, tactical, technical, and mental aspects of goalkeeping, including technique, footwork, mobility, shot stopping, crosses, and distribution.

Summer1 program

Just4Kicks

U10 through U16 age-appropriate (Born in 2016 and up) · 3v3

A co-ed, 3v3 pick-up-style summer soccer program with no uniforms, referees, strict rules, or score standings. It runs Tuesday evenings at the Clifton Common.

Summer Camps2 programs

Developmental Player Camp

Ages 4–6; Ages 7–18

A summer camp focused on stronger fundamentals and developing more confidence with the ball. The camp is led by a UEFA-A Licensed coach.

Advanced Player Camp

Ages 8–18

A summer camp for players ready to elevate their game with faster play, sharper awareness, and better decision-making in real game situations.

A goalkeeping camp focused on building a strong foundation and mastering the basics.
