Each level below lists the leagues this club plays in. Your kid's level depends on the team they make. The six levels are our own reading of public league play. They are not an official ranking.
Sanctioned by Florida Youth Soccer Association (US Youth Soccer). The club also played in USYS NL and NPL. Those leagues ended in July 2026 and merged into National 1, so they do not count above. The club’s site also lists USYS Sunshine Conference, Florida State Premier League, National Premier League, FCL National Premier League, EDP Florida League, Elite Development Program Florida, The Florida League, Treasure Coast Soccer League's DPL. We have not placed those leagues on the ladder, so they do not count above.

Last season PSL Soccer Club Hurricanes fielded 8 teams in the leagues we track: all boys, from national elite down to competitive regional. The ladder tops out in Elite Academy from U13 up.

Recreation Soccer
ages 3 through 18
Recreational Soccer is for players of all skill levels, with no experience needed, and runs in Fall and Spring seasons. Players are placed on teams regardless of skill level or experience so that everyone plays.

Recreational All-Star Program
The All-Star Program is for recreational players who excel during the Fall Season. Teams play in the Treasure Coast World Cup Tournament and the Treasure Coast Soccer League's DPL.
DPL feeds into Competitive Program
Competitive Program
The Competitive Program is for players and coaches who want to compete and train at the highest levels. Competitive teams travel and compete throughout the state in leagues and tournaments.

Premier
Premier is one of the two divisions of the Competitive Program; Premier teams participate in the highest level leagues and tournaments.

Select is one of the two divisions of the Competitive Program; Select teams play in a more traditional level of play.
Elite Program

The Elite Program represents the highest level of competition within the club pathway. It provides a high-performance environment for players pursuing the next level, including college, national, and international opportunities.

Olympic Development Program
The club provides opportunities for players to participate in the Olympic Development Program, which offers high-level training, competition, and exposure to regional and national team coaches.
