Travel Soccer

Tryout-based competitive teams that travel for games.

Travel soccer (also "club" or "select") means a team that holds a tryout, picks a roster, and plays clubs from other towns. What defines it is the entry rule, not a standard of play: a first-year U10 travel team and a U17 team flying to a national event are both "travel". To know the level, look at the league the team plays in.
