Air Bud: World Pup
All agesBest for whole familyIMDb 4.5
Buddy the golden retriever and his owner join the school soccer team, which includes a talented new player from England, while a pair of bumbling crooks try to steal Buddy's new puppies. A dog-plays-sports crowd-pleaser.
Why we picked it
It is one of the softest landings into the sport for a 4 to 7 year old, all dogs and goals and easy laughs, with a girl player treated as a star teammate.
