This three-part series follows the launch of Angel City FC, the Los Angeles NWSL club backed by a majority-female ownership group that includes Natalie Portman. It covers the club's first season on the field alongside the deals, hiring, and fan-building off it. The show connects the business of a startup women's team to the players competing for it.

Why we picked it

It shows girls a side of the game beyond playing, from ownership and coaching to running a pro club, and how women are building those pathways now. Parents get a current, US-based picture of where women's club soccer is heading.
