The programs, age by age
These come from the club's site, grouped the way the club groups them. Your kid starts in the one that fits their age.
Competitive soccer teams
organized by birth year
Glen Rock United competitive soccer teams are organized by birth year, and all players must be evaluated to be placed on a team. Most age groups typically have two teams; competitive travel teams practice at least twice a week and are led by certified professional trainers.
Fall recreational soccer programs
Preschoolers and Kindergartners to 1st and 2nd Graders to grades 3-12
Programs range from developmental programs for Preschoolers and Kindergartners to small group instruction and game scenarios for 1st and 2nd Graders, to recreational travel programs for players in grades 3-12.
Traditional Spring Program
Pre-K through 2nd Grade
The traditional Spring Program offers a full season experience, including training sessions with professional trainers and games against other teams in the program. It runs Saturdays and Sundays from mid-April through mid-June.
FC Glen Rock Clinic Plus Program
1st and 2nd Graders
This step-up program includes an extra mid-week practice starting mid-March and participation in one or two soccer festivals against other soccer clubs.
Pre-Travel Academy
Kindergarten and 1st grade
The Pre-Travel Academy is an optional program for Kindergarten and 1st grade boys and girls already enrolled in the weekend clinic. It includes one extra weekly training session and soccer festivals.

Adult Co-Ed Soccer League

Glen Rock United offers adults aged 19 and older a recreational co-ed soccer league. The season runs for 10 weeks and includes a playoff round.
Adult Summer Pickup

Summer features 8 weeks of low key adult pickup soccer.
Soccer camps and clinics
ages 5 through 12 years
Glen Rock United offers a variety of clinics and vacation camps throughout the year in partnership with United Soccer Academy. The camps are open to all children and provide a fun soccer experience.
