The direct continuation of the 2018 Captain Tsubasa. Tsubasa and his friends make Japan's junior youth national team and travel to a world tournament in Paris, where the opponents are the best 15-year-olds on the planet.

Why we picked it

It is the part of the story where club soccer turns into a national team, which is exactly the ladder a young player starts hearing about. Being free on Tubi and Pluto makes it the easiest anime on this list to try with a kid.
